Full disclosure, my track record with outdoor wedding ceremonies is not very good…that is until the Liz and Don got married. We were in the middle of family portraits when a crazy little storm blew into Rumson. The staff at Salt Creek Grille moved all the chairs that were set up for the ceremony inside. Liz sat behind the bar trying to hide from their guests as they arrived and was so cool, she said “Let’s just wait.” And we waited…the clouds parted, the rain stopped, and amazing staff moved all the chairs (and guests) back out onto the lawn. Liz and Don got to have their beautiful ceremony by the Navesink River, as planned…and my bad luck was broken. 🙂
Liz, you have the most incredible smile and laugh! It was an absolute joy to be a part of your (and Don) wedding day!
