Kristen and Garrick got married at the Aurora Inn on Lake Cayuga, which was a pretty kick ass butt (this is a kid friendly post) place to get married. You may remember these two from their engagement session from this past summer at Allaire State Park. Moo and I had so much fun at this wedding for a plethora of reasons, but I think the main one was this was just a bunch of good people. While I was supposed to be shooting bridal prep, I spent the majority of the morning playing spy with Julia while Moo shot the hair and makeup. Kristen, in nonpartisan reporter fashion, told us she wasn’t going to cry but when G recited his vows…she opened the floodgates!
If you’re reading this and know me, I think you’ll agree with the statement that I’m never going to grow up. We take this very seriously but we also have a lot of fun at weddings, especially when there are kids around. Julia and Olivia thought it was hilarious to take our pictures and everytime I saw them, they had a different camera so if you’ve got photos of Moo and I acting like idiots, post up on our facebook. Post a comment while you’re there too icon smile. Congrats to Kristen and Garrick on their marriage and congrats to Julia on losing her front tooth (grilled cheese FTW).
