Jennie and Kevin flew all the way from San Francisco to get married. On the beach. In Asbury Park. The weather forecast looked promising all morning, like a wedding on the beach could be possible. About thirty minutes before the ceremony start time the wind/clouds rolled in, and so did the rain. A few consultations with forecasts from several credible websites suggested there would be a short break in the rain between two storms. We headed across the street from The Berkeley Hotel, fingers crossed. And then the rain actually stopped. Jennie and Kevin were married on the boardwalk just outside of Convention Hall surrounded by their family and friends. So amazing! Shortly after the ceremony ended *surprise* the rain started up, again. But hey a little rain wouldn’t stop Dave and I from snapping a few beautiful pictures of Jennie and Kevin on their wedding day…thankfully, Jennie didn’t mind getting a little rain on her wedding dress as we wandered around Asbury Park. After our drizzly portrait session, we headed to the reception at the incredibly delicious Porta. And it finally stopped raining 🙂
Jennie & Kevin thank you so much for choosing me to be your wedding photographer…and braving the rain storm in your wedding clothes. You guys are awesome! I wish you many years of happiness together!

What a beautiful wedding! I was wondering where the dress is from– I just love it and can’t seem to find anything like it anywhere.
Thank you!
