If you’re a regular reader of my blog, you probably recognize this little guy. I have been lucky enough to photograph Cully several times during the first two years of his adorable life. When his momma said she wanted to come to the beach for his second year session I did a little happy dance. (Strangely, I don’t get to do a beach session very often.)
The absolute best part of our session was Cully’s reaction to sand when we first walked out onto the beach in Asbury Park. In a matter of seconds…he grabbed the sand in his hands, threw it in his face and hair, rolled around on his back, face-planted into the sand, and opened his mouth. He ate the sand! Mom and I laughed so hard! Such an awesome start to our session. Cully runs…and boy, he is fast! I would snap a picture, he would be half way down the beach, and we would run to catch up with him. Cully reminded me what a gift it is to live here in this beautiful place…and not take even one grain of sand for granted.
Cullan, thank you for being so excited about the beach and fun to photograph! Can’t wait to see how three looks on you 🙂
